This is a beautiful, beautiful book. Wonderfully written, achingly sad, inescapably suspenseful and impossible to put it down unaffected. Paul's pain at losing his artistic wife is very real and very visceral; his grief is the most affecting plotline of the novel. The words are poetic and lyrical, almost flowing off the page. It is a moving, beautiful and haunting novel about exploring communication, lost love, grief and ultimately the resilience of love and life.More of my reviews here: http://bibliophileanonymous.blogspot.com/
